ESD IXPE

Conductive/ESD IXPE Foam is a close-cell, conductive/ESD soft foam. It is produced by  compounding the PE resin with conductive fillers and blowing agents to extrude certain  sheets, then cross-linking and foaming. Sheet being molded, the conductive filler forms  conductive channel / network internally so as to achieve the purpose of static discharge.

1. With conduction path inside, excellent permanent anti-static performance; 

2. Normal resistance of 10^3-10^11 Ω,  could be customized;

3. The property of anti-static would not be affected by humidity;

4. Eco-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, shock-absorption, water-proofing, anti-corrosion; 

5.Easy to be deep processed, like die-cutting, laminating, vacuum forming.
